Audio data may be retained by ElevenLabs for up to 30 days for service quality and abuse prevention purposes, after which it is automatically deleted.

Device Information: We collect basic device identifiers to manage your subscription and ensure the App functions correctly. This includes information needed by the App Store to process purchases.

Usage Information: We may collect basic usage data such as app launches and feature usage to help us improve the App and ensure service reliability.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide the Santa voice conversation experience
• Process and manage your subscription through the App Store
• Maintain, improve, and ensure the security of our service
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party providers to help operate our service:

• Voice/AI Processing: We use ElevenLabs to process voice conversations and generate Santa's real-time responses. Voice data is transmitted to their servers during calls and may be retained for up to 30 days.
• Payments: All payments are processed securely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.
• Subscription Management: We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements.

These providers process data on our behalf according to their own privacy policies and our agreements with them.

5. Data Retention

Voice audio transmitted to ElevenLabs may be retained for up to 30 days for service quality and abuse prevention, after which it is automatically deleted. Device and subscription information is retained as long as necessary to provide the service and manage your account. Usage data may be retained in aggregated, anonymized form for analytics purposes.

6. Parental Supervision & Minors

This App is intended for use by parents or guardians who may allow their children to talk to Santa under supervision. Parents are responsible for supervising their children's use of the App. We do not require account creation or knowingly collect names, email addresses, or other personal identifiers during normal use of the App.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. You can revoke microphone permissions through your device settings, though this will prevent the App from functioning.
