1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Santa's Secret Line ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you are a parent or guardian allowing a child to use this App, you accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Description of Service

Santa's Secret Line is an entertainment app that allows users to have voice conversations with a simulated Santa Claus character. The App uses artificial intelligence to generate real-time voice responses. This is an entertainment service intended for family use under parental supervision.

3. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

Santa's Secret Line offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

• Weekly Subscription: $4.99 USD per week
• Annual Subscription: $24.99 USD per year

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

How to Cancel: Open the Settings app on your iOS device → Tap your name at the top → Tap "Subscriptions" → Select "Santa's Secret Line" → Tap "Cancel Subscription." You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time through your Apple ID account settings.

4. Parental Supervision

This App is intended for use by parents or guardians who may allow their children to talk to Santa under their supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring their child's use of the App and for any activity that occurs during use. By allowing a child to use the App, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

5. Voice Recording & Processing

The App requires microphone access to function. Voice audio is transmitted to our third-party AI provider (ElevenLabs) in real-time to generate Santa's responses. Audio data may be retained by ElevenLabs for up to 30 days for service quality and abuse prevention purposes, after which it is automatically deleted. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: (a) use the App in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation; (b) attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the service; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (d) access the service through any unauthorized means.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Santa's Secret Line and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Santa's Secret Line be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
